Eligibility – Who can use the site

All prices on the Site, unless otherwise noted, are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), and are subject to change without notice.
If the price or information for a product is listed incorrectly due to a typo or a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

If your payment has already been processed and your order is cancelled, you will be issued a full refund.

Delivery Address

Delivery Acceptance

It is your responsibility to inspect the products immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with the product (damage, incorrect item, etc.), please notify us as soon as possible.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:

Return Period (30 days)

• You can return your device within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

• The product must be in original condition and without any damage.

• After 30 days have passed, returns/refunds may not be possible (unless required by law).

• Initial shipping fee and return shipping fee (if the fault is not ours) may be deducted.

• No restocking fee on eligible returns.

Return Process

• Contact us or an authorized Enagic distributor first.

• Obtain the correct return address and RMA (if applicable).

• Ship the product safely in the original packaging.

• Send shipping with a trackable service and send us the tracking number.

Defective or incorrect product

• Return/replacement costs will be our responsibility

• You will receive a full refund or exchange

Order Cancellation
