Enagic Device Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period:
Customers may return their device within 30 days of purchase for inspection and refund, provided the device is in original condition and undamaged.
2. Product Condition:
• Devices must be returned complete, free of scratches or damage, and include all accessories and original packaging.
• Warranty card, user manual, and filters must also be included.
3. Payment & Refund:
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned device has been inspected and approved.
• Original shipping costs are borne by the customer, and return shipping fees may apply, unless the device is defective.
4. Exceptions:
• Devices that are used or damaged are not eligible for return.
• Returns after the 30-day period are also excluded from the policy.
5. Return Procedure:
• Customers should contact the official Enagic distributor or original seller to initiate the return process.
• Devices must be shipped securely with a tracking number once approved.
6. Defective or Incorrect Devices:
• If the device is defective or incorrectly shipped, return and replacement costs are covered by the seller, and a prompt refund will be issued.
