Eligibility – Who Can Use the Site

Use of this Site and purchase of products is limited to individuals who are able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe a user is not eligible or has violated these Terms.

Products and Orders – Availability, Pricing, and Ordering Process

All products listed on the Site (including Kangen water devices and related accessories) are subject to availability. We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date; however, errors may occur.

Product Pricing: All prices on the Site are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise, and prices may change without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund.

Ordering Process: To place an order, add the desired products to your online cart and proceed to checkout. You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email if an email address is provided. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request; however, it does not signify our acceptance of your order. We formally accept your order and form a binding contract when we dispatch the product(s) to you. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to refuse any order, or to cancel any order for any reason, including if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or in the case of force majeure events. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any amount you have paid. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably. Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

• Order Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We will begin processing your order once payment has been successfully received.

• Shipping Cost: Shipping costs vary based on customer location and will be displayed during checkout. Any applicable import duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via reputable postal services or international courier partners, and each shipment will include a tracking number. We select shipping carriers that provide reliable delivery service and tracking capabilities.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Customers can track their shipment online using the provided tracking information.

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver within estimated timeframes, there may be delays due to weather, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control. Any significant delay or issue in delivery will be communicated to the customer. We are not liable for delay caused by such external circumstances but will work to resolve any issues that arise.

• Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping/delivery address at the time of order. We will deliver to the address exactly as provided, so please double-check your address for accuracy. Hydro Kangen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery Acceptance: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to promptly inspect the products for any damage or missing items. If there are any issues with the delivered product (damage in transit, wrong item, etc.), you must notify us as soon as possible so we can address the problem in line with our Return & Refund Policy (see below).

Returns and Refunds

​

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our Return & Refund Policy (applicable in particular to Enagic Kangen Water devices and related products) is outlined below:

​

1. Return Period: Customers may return their device within 30 days of purchase for inspection and a refund, provided the device is in original condition and undamaged. This 30-day period begins on the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange (except where required by law).​

2. Product Condition: Returned devices or products must be in original, undamaged condition. This means the item should be free of scratches, dents, or any other damage, and include all original accessories and packaging materials. You must also include all originally included materials such as the warranty card, user manual, and any standard components (e.g. filters) that came with the product. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not returned in acceptable condition.​

3. Payment & Refund: If your return is approved upon inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned device has been received and inspected, and the return has been approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are borne by the customer, and any return shipping fees may also be deducted from your refund, unless the device was received by you as defective or due to our error. We do not charge any restocking fee for returns that meet the policy conditions.

4. Exceptions: Certain situations are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

   • Devices or products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. This includes products that show signs of wear, improper use, or any damage not caused by us.

   • Returns attempted after the 30-day period from the date of purchase (or delivery) are not covered by this policy and may be refused.

   • Any item that is returned without prior authorization or not following the Return Procedure outlined below may not be accepted.

5. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, you must contact the original seller or authorized Enagic distributor (or Hydro Kangen customer support) to obtain return instructions. We will provide you with the proper return address and any required authorization or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable. Please do not send your product back without contacting us first. Once your return is authorized:

   • You must ship the product securely, ideally in its original packaging. Include all components as noted above. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

   • You must provide us with the tracking number of the return shipment once you have sent it, so we can monitor the return and ensure its safe arrival.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product you received is defective, or if we shipped you an incorrect item (wrong model, etc.), we will make it right. In such cases, return shipping and any replacement costs will be covered by us (the seller), and you will receive a prompt full refund or exchange according to your preference. For defective or wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of delivery) to arrange the return or exchange. We may provide a return shipping label in these situations and will bear the shipping cost. The refund for defective/incorrect items will be issued after we receive and confirm the defect or mistake.

This Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness to both the customer and the seller. Nothing in this section limits any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws; any such rights will apply in addition to the policy outlined above.

Cancellations

​

We understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping): Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, you must contact the original seller or authorized Enagic distributor (our customer service) immediately after purchase. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Order Processing: Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already been processed for shipment or has shipped out, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then, if eligible, initiate a return under our Return & Refund Policy (see the Returns and Refunds section above).

3. Cancellation of Incorrect Orders: If you mistakenly placed an incorrect order (for example, selected the wrong product or quantity), please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase. We will make efforts to correct or cancel the order before it is processed. If the order has already shipped before you notify us, then the order cannot be canceled; however, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (standard return procedure will apply in such cases).

4. Cancellation Due to Payment Issues: If an order's payment fails, is incomplete, or cannot be verified, the order may be automatically canceled by our system. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you so that you can provide a valid payment method if you still wish to proceed with the order. No charges will be made if the payment transaction did not complete. If you are experiencing issues with payment, please contact us promptly.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations initiated on our end, including but not limited to cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity, orders with incorrect or incomplete customer information, or product unavailability/stock issues. In the rare event we must cancel your order under such circumstances, we will notify you and you will receive a full refund of any amount you have paid. We are not liable for any additional compensation beyond the full refund in these cases.

6. Refund Timeline for Cancellations: For any order canceled in accordance with the above (whether initiated by you or by us and once approved), any due refund will be processed within approximately 7–14 business days. The exact time frame for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds may take a billing cycle to reflect. If you do not receive a refund within this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.

Please note that if you paid via credit card or other electronic means, refunds will be issued to the same method of payment originally used. We do not issue cash refunds for electronic transactions. If your order was canceled before shipment, you should not incur any return shipping fees.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods for purchases made on the Site. These typically include major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and may include other forms of payment (for example, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery) as indicated during the checkout process. All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless an alternative currency is provided at checkout. Payment Processing: When you place an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the full amount of the purchase (including product price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes) to the payment method you have provided. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed. If your payment cannot be processed or is declined for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order (see Cancellation Due to Payment Issues above). You are responsible for resolving any payment problems encountered during checkout.

Pricing Accuracy and Errors: We do our best to ensure that all pricing information on our Site is accurate. However, if we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled and, if you have already paid, you will receive a full refund. We are not obligated to provide a product to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing.

Taxes and Duties: All prices on the Site may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes, depending on your location and the nature of the tax. Any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout. For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or other taxes that your local customs authority may impose upon delivery (as noted in the Shipping section). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost on our Site.

For example, if you purchase a device, you should use it in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines. Misuse of products not only may void any warranty but also could be dangerous. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse of products.

• International Use: If you access the Site from outside the United Arab Emirates, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including import/export regulations and any usage restrictions in your jurisdiction.

 

Violation of any of the above responsibilities or prohibited activities may result in termination of your access to the Site or other legal actions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or orders if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

Liability Cap: In no event shall Hydro Kangen, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of any products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or any products purchased through the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service in question. Any warranties provided by the manufacturer (such as a multi-year product warranty) are between you and the manufacturer. Hydro Kangen is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating the return/refund or repair process as described in our policies. We do not assume liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the use of the products beyond what is provided for in these Terms. Always use and maintain products in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

No Liability for Links & Third-Party Content: The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, links to official manufacturer resources, social media pages, or related blogs). We provide these links for convenience only, and we do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party sites or content. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. If a specific emirate’s courts (such as the courts of Dubai) are required by law to handle the issue, then that emirate's courts will be used. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such Dispute.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in or to certain protections under the laws of your country of residence (if you qualify as a "consumer" and those laws apply despite the choice of UAE law).
