Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.• To request a cancellation, customers must contact the original seller or authorized Enagic distributor immediately.• If the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation After Order Processing
• Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.• In such cases, customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return after receiving the device.
3. Cancellation of Incorrect Orders
• If a customer mistakenly places an incorrect order, they must notify the seller within 24 hours.• Efforts will be made to amend or cancel the order before processing.• If the order has already shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
4. Cancellation Due to Payment Issues
